If you're looking for a real estate agent, look no further.  I've moved and bought homes many times so I'm hardly a property virgin but I've had enough experience to know how awful a bad agent can be and what a blessing a good one is.  Jodi is in the "good" category.  Matter of fact, she may be the very best I've ever worked with.  Jodi was responsive from the very first contact.  She didn't scare me away by being aggressive, a trait I really hate.  She seemed interested, but not "hungry."   I think she possesses that rare quality of discernment that many claim to have but seldom do.  She responded appropriately, in every instance, not an easy task.  I'm sure some of my demands were unreasonable.  Jodi never made me feel they were.  Jodi listened!  She listened to my criteria and didn't waste time for either of us by showing me houses that didn't fit.    She always made me feel as if she had been waiting for my call and that my problems had been at the top of her list too.  What a nice quality and how great to find it in an agent.  Moving is stressful, buying is even more stressful.  Jodi will work for you to make your ordeal as painless as she can.

Ms. Jodi Griffey is very nice and pleasant lady to work with. I first saw her on HGTV's House Hunters and I knew she was the agent we where looking for. She is easy to talk to and does an excellent job on getting you what you want. She works with a variety of different builders if you are looking to custom built. My home was a custom built and the builder was excellent. It's worth every penny of the $273, 000 we paid. My home is in the Sango area of Clarksville in the Porter Hills Subdivision. Mrs. Griffey is an angel with a real estate license! I was a scared first time home buyer, moving over 500 miles away from anyone I knew.
