I've moved and bought homes many times so I'm hardly a property virgin but I've had enough experience to know how awful a bad agent can be and what a blessing a good one is. Jodi is in the "good" category. Matter of fact, she may be the very best I've ever worked with. Jodi was responsive from the very first contact. She didn't scare me away by being aggressive, a trait I really hate. She seemed interested, but not "hungry." I think she possesses that rare quality of discernment that many claim to have but seldom do. She responded appropriately, in every instance, not an easy task. I'm sure some of my demands were unreasonable. Jodi never made me feel they were. Jodi listened! She listened to my criteria and didn't waste time for either of us by showing me houses that didn't fit. | Summary of their experience Mrs. Griffey is an angel with a real estate license! I was a scared first time home buyer, moving over 500 miles away from anyone I knew.
